Like all service organizations our invoices are based on the time we invest in a project, not hours spent at the office. We bill our time on a hourly basis. If your business requires a few hours of administrative or virtual office support during the month, our hourly rate may be the best for you. All hourly work requires a 50% advance deposit of the estimate. Balance due is required before final project delivery. Our Standard hourly rate is $38*. For on-going clients, we have monthly retainer rates: 20 prepaid hours with a 4% discount, and more than 20 prepaid hours with a 8% discount.
First of all: Whether you are a small business or a big corporation, you will no longer have to pay benefits, holiday pay, vacation, sick time, idle time, and so much more! For companies hiring virtual assistants: you don’t have to furnish IECVA with an office, desk, computer or training. You will save on workers compensation insurance and pension fees.
You only have to pay for Time-on-Task rather than a salary. You don’t have to worry about employee related taxes, since IECVA is considered an independent contractor and it is up to us to file our own taxes with the IRS. All IECVA will need from you is a Form 1099 MISC at the end of the year. Last for not least, you are no longer confined in finding your assistant locally. For all you care, she could be in Alaska. Therefore, you can find the best partner/virtual assistant to suit your needs!
IECVA is not for everybody. IECVA is considered an independent agent who maintain its own hours and is not waiting on you to call us all day long. We have other clients and commitments. For that reason, if you consider yourself a “micromanager” calling every five minutes to get a status report, we suggest you look at other options in finding help. While we understand that it might be difficult in the beginning for you to “let go”, this relationship is based on professionalism, commitment and most importantly trust. When you give us a deadline, we will abide by it or inform you in advance if we cannot meet your target.
*The fees listed above are to be used only as a guideline. They are not binding and are subject to change. IECVA will require a 72 hours notice before project is due. For Rush request (less than 72 hours notice) a 20% fee will be added to the total hours spent on the project.
* This hourly rate includes your VA’s time, ink, paper, folders, equipment, etc. No extra charges will be added unless a request is made to use specific supplies and/or if high volume of phone calls or faxes are made in your behalf, these will be back billed to you.
